To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上菜可否小心啲？！

由於呢間燒肉like係屋企附近，所以我哋一家都好經常過嚟食。開店大半年，佢哋嘅人都轉咗幾次。侍應由態度極差又亂嚟嘅茶記姐姐，而進展到一班後生仔。接待態度上有明顯好轉。亂上菜情況好咗，最少會問清楚係邊位嘅，唔會隨便邊個位近就擺上檯，叫你自己執返。但今次都好搞笑，上餐後發現我碗湯得1/3碗不特止，仲要係成碗油同凍嘅。似係隔油碗而飯嘅份量照舊係唔會跟所點order去裝。雖則我每次落單都係同份量，但每次都係好大分別。其實廚房唔睇，上菜時侍應係咪應該都覆下單先上菜呢？雖然比起開店前情況已有明顯改善，但希望管理員層可以繼續努力不要鬆懈，始終仲有好大進步空間。

其實廚房唔睇，上菜時侍應係咪應該都覆下單先上菜呢？

雖然比起開店前情況已有明顯改善，但希望管理員
層可以繼續努力不要鬆懈，始終仲有好大進步空間。
