To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我哋一行8人,3個女仔先到,一去到侍應已經不斷招呼,問我哋要咩飲,好唔好上住個刺身先,初初都抓晒頭唸佢哋做咩咁殷勤,後尾就知原來人一開始多,上菜就好慢,我唸侍應們係想我哋嚮越來越多人之前快d落左單先,咁就唔洗等咁耐,真係用心良苦。全晚最大嘅問題其實真係後期上菜慢,呢度D野食真係幾OK,刺身都幾新鮮,慢嘅只係熱食,所以奉勸大家如果想去試的話,不妨一坐低就點左熱食先,刺身慢慢點都未遲。另外,D侍應招呼都幾GOOD,有個男人(我唸係經理級OR負責人)仲好攪笑好NICE,雖然係等,但佢都不斷咁安撫我哋,仲親自入左廚房執菜等廚師整,好殷勤確係抵讚,連原本等個鰻魚炒飯攪到披頭散髮嘅朋友老公,最後都俾佢氹掂條氣順返晒,哈!
