To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我哋每人嗌咗一個豬頸肉配雞同豬腩肉300g嘅餐，再加咗兩份50g嘅豬腩肉，我哋食到三份一時間嗰時加咗個豬頸肉同豬腩肉，啲肉等咗好耐都未黎，到我再催佢，佢先問廚房！好啦，啲肉一到，即燒！個侍應就即刻行埋嚟話剩返15分鐘，咁啱我哋坐近住廚房出菜位，嗰三個女仔侍應企喺度望住我哋講我哋食得耐夠鐘盛仲要俾我聽到！大佬你幾塊生肉都搞咁耐先出到，仲要唔俾時間人，催催貢！我地已經盡量快手燒同食，後尾有個企門口冇戴眼鏡嘅女待應行埋黎西晒面話夠鐘！今時今日咁嘅服務態度得唔得㗎！可一不可再！
