To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢日因為工作需要所以一個人入到嚟長洲,一落船因為未食嘢所以有啲肚餓,就自己一個走咗入去碼頭對面呢間本記亞倫冰室,諗住快吃一個lunch。餐牌上面有七款套餐可以選擇,我揀咗生炒排骨飯 ($47),配凍咖啡 (跟餐凍飲+$2)。落咗單冇幾耐之後,好快就已經上菜,生炒排骨飯入面除咗排骨之外,仲加有菠蘿、青椒及洋蔥,味道都唔錯,夠晒惹味,排骨唔算多,而且普遍肉少骨多。凍咖啡味道比較淡左少少,但係都屬於可接受範圍。總括嚟講,呢餐上菜速度好快,味道ok,整體感覺都可以。
