To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一個平日既下午一點半，呢間三哥廿幾張枱坐滿左考完試既中學生。搵餐晏仔入黎為左食個快飯，唔洗點諗就叫左一碗雞肉米線麻辣五小辣，加杯凍檸茶，例牌要小甜。無耐先到既係餐飲，都跟左五六塊檸檬架，比普通茶記既多，可能係要加7蚊咁多既關係啦。茶味正常，唔會太苦澀，飲落爽口，飲左幾啖會麵就上到。一如既往，沾住麻辣紅油既湯底上面鋪住滿滿既雞肉，麻香氣撲鼻引發食慾，黎三哥就係為左食呢種帶咸香既麻辣味。麵既份量相當充足，胃口唔大既人都好應該叫少米，唔會浪費之餘仲可以平一蚊添。一片雞肉，一口米線，一啖檸茶，四十蚊有找就輕鬆填飽肚，一陣陣酥麻既感覺為平庸既生活帶黎一點刺激，簡簡單單就一餐。
