To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

裝修後第一次來用餐，晚上六點已經有人龍，等候了約30分鐘入座。店內中間的位置改成新幹線送餐，其他座位大都是2-4人座，適合一家大小。入座後可掃瞄QR code 下單和查閱點餐記錄。菜單和其他店鋪一樣，坐2-4人座的每次最好多下幾樣，因為送餐需時，一般需要等候15-20分鐘。火炙未夠火喉，在表面掃一掃就當火炙了。。。壽司飯的大小都比其他分店小，手握不夠力度，一夾就散開。三文魚的份量嚴重縮水還好炸物維持水準。
