To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺沙田返工，想搵間平平哋又食得飽嘅餐廳，一定係譚仔。今日下晝就同朋友一齊嚟到三哥度食米線。因為食嗰陣都係11點幾所以都唔係好多人。唔使等位就直接入去食得。同朋友叫咗一個小窩米線套餐二人份量。酸辣湯底，酸辣味酸酸地又唔會太辣容易入口。但係啲餸嘅份量略嫌少咗啲肉類份量比較少啲餸嘅味道尚算可以，不過啲牛肉就比較硬普普通通炸醬酸菜嘅味道都唔太突出炸醬好似普通凍凍地甜甜地嘅豬肉另外加左一個蒜泥白肉，香蒜味濃香，但係豬肉有少少騷味總括嚟講係沙田想用一個平啲嘅價錢去食lunch ,都係一個不過不失嘅選擇。
