To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

細個嘅時候唔鍾意飲茶，因為覺得好悶，成日都想快啲食完快啲走。但大個咗，反而愛上飲茶。好享受品茗嘅過程，同朋友相聚，傾下近況，食下嘢，飲啖熱茶，絕唔會覺得浪費時間。所以每逢星期六或日，有時間都會去下飲茶。粉嶺海港已經試過幾次下午茶時段，點心多款揀，而且仲有特價添。··🔹黑金流沙包酒樓普遍賣嘅都係普通白皮奶皇流沙包，曾經見過坊間都有類似呢款黑金流沙包，喺未食嗰間之前，就食吓海港呢款先！一搣開個包，奶皇好足料，做到「流」出黎嘅效果！內有少少咸蛋粒，幾有口感，而且醬汁香滑又甜，唔會話太油膩。包質烏卒卒，再畫上幾筆金色筆觸，成件事變得好高級，係酒樓打卡菜之一。包身軟熟不膩，所以兩者配合起上黎唔會話過份甜，不錯！溫馨提示：流沙包要趁熱食，如果唔係凍左成個口感味覺都會變咗。🔹蠔汁叉燒包醬汁香甜，充滿叉燒粒，多到漏出黎，絕不馬虎！包質軟熟，熱辣辣，不錯！🔹鮮蝦翠玉餃呢個值得一讚！一籠三件，皮薄餡靚！每件啖啖蝦肉，爽口彈牙，水晶粉皮煙韌不油膩，有肉有菜嘅餃，其實喺飲茶黎講算係健康之選！🔹濃湯菜心唔知係咪因為有啲鹹嘅關係，呢個湯底食食下覺得有啲似薯塊味，哈哈！如果佢可以多個清湯或上湯選擇會更好！🔹排骨鳳爪
