今天同朋友喺炮台山英皇道後面條街掃食肆,揀咗間台式店。叫咗兩個小鍋——沙茶牛肉鍋同泡菜豚肉鍋,加埋麻辣鬼椒雞腿蛋吐司同嘉義手工蛋餃,豐富到唔識形容。細講下兩個鍋,牛肉鍋有牛筋、牛肚和牛丸,豚肉鍋就多咗粟米同蕃茄。基本配料一樣——冬菇、娃娃菜、鵪鶉蛋、甜不辣、福州魚丸、芋頭貢丸、蜂巢豆腐,蛋餃,真係滿滿一鍋料!沙茶鍋香濃惹味,泡菜鍋酸辣開胃,但煮耐咗會辣到想飲汽水。主食揀粉絲吸汁,食到最後真係無得輸。麻辣鬼椒雞腿蛋吐司,雞腿肉嫩滑得嚟帶少少辣勁,配蛋簡直絕配!嘉義手工蛋餃啖啖肉餡,外皮仲有少少鍋邊脆,完全係台味直送。重點!呢餐係下午茶套餐,平過正餐好多,但份量完全唔偷工減料,仲包杯飲品,CP值爆燈。
