To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過見到門口啲包好新鮮賣相吸引,反正行到攰坐低歇歇腳。正值下午茶時份,餐廳都幾多人,好彩唔駛等位。茶餐 (沙嗲牛肉米+火腿奄列+牛油多士+紅豆冰) $48– 牛肉唔會煮得太老,但米粉過稔。奄列好大份,入面有滿滿嘅火腿絲。多士係厚切,上到枱仲係脆嘅。紅豆冰有成半杯紅豆,好足料雞全翼拼變心西多士(咖央)+紅豆冰 $38 – 雞全翼都算香脆,但比較細隻。西多士好有睇頭,夠厚而且沾滿蛋汁先炸,熱辣辣好香蛋味,建議直接淋糖漿上去等糖漿軟化啲再食會比直接沾醬好食。碟邊放咗塊青瓜片同蕃茄片去一去膩,顯示出餐廳嘅細心雞中翼+炸薯條+沙律+紅豆冰 $45 – 雞翼新鮮炸好就上枱,皮脆肉嫩。可惜薯條炸到過咗火,搞到連中間薯蓉應有嘅口感都冇埋。沙律有紅腰豆、青瓜粒、粟米、生果…如果份量再多啲會更好呢間價錢合理,坐得舒適,有機會會再嚟!
