To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午茶之選，在三十幾度高溫，入左去涼浸，食番碗米線，作為下午茶也不錯!湯底為重慶酸辣，我小辣夠了，湯底味道香濃，麻麻地，加酸酸地，－流，令米線滲了湯，好入味。莞茜及蔥帶出湯的鮮味，粒粒大花生，入口脆口，咸味剛好，成個湯底好好味。餸我要了豬大腸、肥牛以及魚腐。豬大腸好乾淨，鹵水味好足，不會被湯底蓋過。肥牛不會太肥，有肉食仲大大件，分量不錯。魚腐吸到湯味道，格外美味。下午菜叫飲品仲要平左優惠左，抵食！
