To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午茶好抵食

朋友住呢頭附近，平時同佢去開佢屋企嘅時候都會喺附近食譚仔，而今次就係下午茶嘅時段，所以呢係非常之開心，因為我係非常之鍾意去食佢嗰個下午茶嘅餐嘅。而呢佢最近下午茶嘅餐呢都加咗土匪雞翼，所以呢係更加多選擇嘅。下午茶餐我會食兩餸米線，佢一定要指定嘅餸，而我自己就冇乜特別喜好，所以我係會叫兩份雞肉嘅，另外辣到呢我自己就食開10小辣。佢每一間分店其實嘅辣度都有少少唔同，而呢一間辣度就唔會話太過辣，但係個麻嘅感覺都幾重，我自己都好鍾意。
