To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午茶幾抵食

女友陪我去買相機袋，買完行左陣街，行到女人街就搵野食。而加女人街好多餐廳都冇下午茶，行左幾間就見到呢間焗薯，見到有下午茶，啲野又岩食，就入左黎。入黎就睇下午茶餐牌，叫左個焗闊條麵同牛柳焗薯。佢地下午茶都有湯同野飲送，我地就要左忌廉湯，一般罐頭湯味道，冇乜特別，係有啲栗米粒咁，不過跟餐喎，正啦🤪之後食焗肉醬闊條麵，味道一般，唔難食，合格既。而焗薯連牛柳就有驚喜，焗薯上面有蛋沙律，口感唔錯。枱面又有海鹽，加啲海鹽落焗薯度食，就變得好好食。牛柳就一般，可能比梳打粉「 那」完，幾淋，不過口感一般。呢度真係焗薯先好食，其他算係不過不失，但係下午茶，2個餐加埋都唔洗一舊水，cp值就叫好高啦。
