To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午茶時間嚟到,點心均一價,大中小點全部$16一碟,真係好抵食,如果純粹想填飽個肚,不求高質食物,呢度係可以再嚟嘅。點了5款點心,蝦餃皇粒蝦好大粒,但個皮太厚,亦很粉。藥膳蒸鳳爪,唔夠入味,而且鳳爪偏細隻。南乳炆豬手,呢碟最ok,好大碟,味道都ok,特別之處係豬手嘅墊底配菜係豬皮,豬皮好入味,好爽口;而豬手都OK,同樣係爽口彈牙。香煎蝦米腸,竟然一粒蝦米都無,而且非常油膩,亦煎得唔夠香。頭抽鴛鴦椒,賣相ok,味道ok, 不過同樣都係好油膩,入口成口油。稻香最讚嘅都係佢個自助沖茶,係香港酒樓少有嘅,夠方便,水亦夠熱。
