To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想食日式燒肉,一樣質數食下晏抵D,星期六都唔洗等位真奇怪,不過照入去坐低見到餐牌有下午茶價錢再抵d,唔洗諗問左員工邊隻肉好食d經介紹後點左2個餐,另想食菜就叫多2款,當然要試埋特價甜品牛肋肉-食落同店員講一樣肉味比較濃因為有小小油所以肉質滑溜,點蒜鹽食比較香肩脊肉-雖然睇落好似好肥同見到好多根擔心會靭,但食時候肉質超林身一d都冇肥膩感覺,小朋友都好易咬得開,員工果然冇介紹錯牛油本菇-有錫紙兜裝住比就咁燒菜易控制冇咁易燶,不過一放上爐就要炒炒佢牛油係面撈唔到底下,除左菇會冇味個盤底燒黑晒外觀唔靚,但味道就麻麻地蔬菜籃-直接燒比較乾身,第一個洋蔥燒左好耐先縮細似熟但好靭好乾難食,第二個燒到半熟就夾起雖然生生地但一d都唔辣又爽又甜,南瓜就用左日本種口感好粉甜,脆肉一燒就食得一耐就唔好食,粟米同茄子就咁燒唔好食鯛魚燒-一睇個樣仲估係普通燒年糕,整熱時魚身燒濃小小賣相靚好多,食入口外脆內軟表面似雞蛋仔入面就似糯米滋,選擇吉士味好淡唔甜,跟俾你d Cream 好香好滑一定要點來食整體牛肉係主角質素都好好就算唔點汁都有牛肉味,玄米茶又香,餐跟埋紫菜又有益小朋友又鐘意食
