To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

 經過茶記食個 #常餐 醫下肚仔先😬 這餐廳以常餐來說：主打沙嗲牛肉麵、雞湯香煎豬扒麵,及瑞士雞髀撈麵。 三款入面小編偏愛吃白肉所以點了瑞士雞髀撈麵😆。🐔瑞士雞髀撈麵🍜齋睇賣相都幾吸引, 面層放了一隻太陽蛋, 可惜蛋黃太熟了。 如果做到流心的蛋黄篤穿佢蛋漿流入麵內視感和口感會更佳😉。雞髀多色望落都覺得醃得好入味🤩。 Size適中, 食落都真係幾入味, 但瑞士汁調味時偏甜了一點。 肉質唔“鞋”口仲比想像中嫰滑。 最後麵的部分都幾彈牙, 唔會因為太多汁而令到個面太淋同發脹👍🏻。

齋睇賣相都幾吸引, 面層放了一隻太陽蛋, 可惜蛋黃太熟了。 如果做到流心的蛋黄篤穿佢蛋漿流入麵內視感和口感會更佳😉。
