To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這是我最喜愛的下午茶之一。首先，講下隻油脾，食得出係燜左好耐，入曬味，而且煮得好腍，一咬落去差不多就骨肉分離，雞脾本身肥瘦適中，只帶有小小肥膏o係雞皮度，雞睥又幾大隻，可以食得飽一個細食既人。另外，當然唔少得本人認為幾乎係最高質素既紅豆冰，紅豆份量好多，而奶既比例都好多，所以整杯野都好濃味，而大快活既冰係採用碎冰，方便食家去進食，一啖里面包含左紅豆，奶同碎冰，口感非常之豐富。
