To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日公眾假期，去左觀塘海濱長廊行下，行到攰攰地又有啲肚餓見到呢間餐廳好似唔錯，就走左入黎試一試我地兩個人入到去，店員就安排左坐入面，好彩咋，因為出面都幾曬，如果安排我地坐入面就大鑊叫左杯$45冷壓西柚汁同$38熱既cappuccino 正常發揮，係細杯左啲，夠凍唔澀果味比較重，偏酸，喜歡果味重啲既朋友就啱晒$98炸魷魚，都鬆脆有汁既，唔會乾爭爭，但就有啲油，味道唔錯$88西班牙火腿薄餅，薄餅夠薄夠脆，火腿量都夠，但上面有火箭菜苦苦地，未必個個啱食，我個人就可以接受既😄$88香辣雞翼，佢既辣係麻辣，直頭覺得自己食緊川菜咁，辣得幾過癮，而且炸得黎都肉嫩多汁，好食👍🏻👍🏻
