To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

舒適環境，食物相當不錯，有驚喜，尤其牛扒啱啱好，多汁又肉質鮮嫩！帶子沙律有大大隻帶子！煙三文魚沙律不錯，黑毛豬非常大件抵食！總體招呼不錯！最好嘅係冇時間限制，可以傾好耐！比上次到訪有進步，可以再訪！

繼續回顧之旅，今次想分享位於牛頭角海傍的西餐廳 LA Serre。呢間餐廳裝潢優雅，環境開揚，對住海景食飯，感覺特別寫意。午市時段特別旺場，建議要預早訂位，否則好容易冇位坐。餐廳經常轉換菜單，令每次去都有新鮮感。我曾經試過佢哋嘅煎三文魚，份量十足，一大塊煎得香脆又唔乾，魚肉嫩滑，完全唔腥。另一道慢煮豬扒亦非常出色，肉質鬆軟入味，配上新鮮沙律，份量慷慨，食完相當滿足。每份套餐都有包餐包，出爐時仍然暖笠笠，質地軟熟，配牛油食一流。午市餐每位差唔多要二百元，價錢稍高，但考慮到食材質素、環境同服務，都覺得物有所值。係想稍為獎勵自己、又唔想行太遠嘅時候，LA Serre係一個值得回訪嘅選擇。

我媽又帶我嚟海濱公園玩，玩到咁上下就去咗附近一間好chill嘅西餐廳食嘢補充體力先🤭🧅炸洋蔥圈炸得啱啱好油膩感少，外脆內軟，蘸少少蛋黃醬已經好好味🍝大蝦蕃茄乾羅勒意大利幼麵有6隻肉質鮮嫩爽彈大蝦喺麵面，幼麵煮得恰到好處，保持彈性同嚼勁🧇窩夫配榛子雪糕榛子愛好者必點，榛子雪糕口感細膩啖啖果仁香氣窩夫好厚身，現場烤焗外層微脆內裡軟熟帶少許嚼勁，味道微甜，仲撒上好多原粒榛子喺窩夫面🍎蘋果汁🥭 Virgin Lady Yoga一杯以芒果蓉加乳酪為主嘅Mocktail，口感濃厚仲有芒果嘅香甜味，配搭一串水果(士多啤梨、橙、檸檬、青檸)令Mocktail更清新
