To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行完山好肚餓,梗係要食個下午茶,去咗大家樂,貪佢夠快,不過果時都好晏架喇,所以隨便餐牌上面賣淨啲咩,就食咩,點咗個豉油王炒麵配雞全翼套餐,加咗五蚊飲熱檸蜜,呢個餐共 33蚊。雞翼是中size, 烤到金黃色賣相ok, 炒麵份量好少,基本上食3、4啖已經食完,但係味道唔錯,甜豉油唔會太鹹,炒得有少少濕身,未夠乾身,所以唔夠香口,有韭菜同芽菜,如果樣樣配料都多番啲嘅話,相信會好食啲。雞全翼覺得好靚,好有肉汁,微焦的感覺最香,冇選擇嘅時候食燒雞翼,應該係最穩陣嘅選擇。熱檸蜜,要加五蚊,如果唔係就普通餐茶,咁起碼佢蜜糖味都ok嘅,今時今日食個下午茶,三十幾蚊係正常價了,不過有選擇的話,我會想食炸雞髀餐。

雞全翼覺得好靚,好有肉汁,微焦的感覺最香,冇選擇嘅時候食燒雞翼,應該係最穩陣嘅選擇。
