To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假期去長洲行吓,正直下午茶時段。下午茶至愛當然係炸脾,正因為成日食,食得多,自然有所要求。今次嚟呢間茶餐廳, 純粹因為佢喺大街,經過,入到去,見到有啲基督教物品,唔知喺呢度長洲教會送畀去,定係你老細信教自己買,講完環境,講返食物。炸脾Order完炸脾,話要等15分鐘,可能因為生炸,我冇同老細確認係咪。總之肚餓重要等。皮脆。 傳統做法,傳統味道。可惜只能配沙律。沙律就唔係好掂,我情願配薯條,正好多。奶茶正常茶餐廳味道。

Order完炸脾,話要等15分鐘,可能因為生炸,我冇同老細確認係咪。總之肚餓重要等。皮脆。 傳統做法,傳統味道。可惜只能配沙律。

就唔係好掂,我情願配薯條,正好多。

奶茶
正常茶餐廳味道。
