To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午茶輕食變飽食

星期日樂富的食肆不論是早餐、午餐或晚餐，連下午茶時段都人來人往。未夠三點來到茶木，都要排了一陣隊。下午茶應該是輕食，但最後飲埋杯嘢飲就變了飽食。我們一枱叫了果個草莓蜜糖磚塊-的確打卡是不錯的，眼看如圖示，三片厚厚的多士叠起來，中間是切好一粒粒的多士磚，多人分食都不錯，不然就會食滯😅。香脆黃金雞排-有四塊，香香脆脆。黑糖芋圓水果鮮草-很豐富，芋圓口感軟軟，但不會過淋，黑糖兼有少許薑味，很口味。鮮草滑滑，口感少少實，我鍾意。照燒雞排刈包拼蚝仔麵線-包是軟熟的。蚝仔有多粒，很有蚝的鮮味，麵線味道和口感都不俗，不會糊得像湯羹。飲品有愛文芒沙冰-很吸睛，顏色美，賣相令人滿足。喝一口，香香的芒果味，但很快，像芒果汁，唔夠冰。宇治抺茶奶蓋-抺茶香，而且滑。黑糖珍珠奶茶-我最不欣賞，茶不香，感覺像飲甜的水。
