Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雲峰工作中都要食，已經下午茶時間，呢間茶餐廳門口可以泊車，入內普通茶餐廳格局，我哋坐近門口圓枱，下午茶選擇都幾多！落單後食物好快到！沙嗲肥牛炒烏冬（$32）賣相幾好，肥牛片有條韌邊，一般，烏冬兜埋沙嗲醬嫩滑，幾彈牙，洋蔥芽菜爽口！唔會過鹹！ok!失敗在肥牛！熱檸茶：隻瓦杯上印咗大大隻店名，茶底濃又唔澀！茶餐廳水準！椒鹽豬扒飯（$41）同事食，但豬扒太厚，炸唔透，有兩件最大嘅個心係粉紅色，佢唔敢食！可樂：同事飲！生炸雞髀沙律（$31）同事食凍檸茶：同事飲XO醬乾炒豬頸肉公仔麵（$32）同事食熱華田：同事飲店員爽手，落單、收錢一腳踢茶餐廳下午茶正常廁所雖然要男女一格，幾殘舊，唔算迫，又幾乾淨，有廁紙提供！加分！
