To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐之前已經知道三哥有下午茶，但一直未有機會試，今次終於去試！叫咗個少量兩餸米線$4x，兩餸方面揀咗魚腐同魚片，另外一個係蒜泥白肉拌麵$4x，小食方面2個都揀咗土匪雞翼拼香草雞翼（感覺配雞翼係最抵食），配凍檸茶同熱檸蜜。蒜泥白肉拌麵嘅份量確實係比較少，如果係男士嘅話應該唔夠飽，但我覺得呢個拌麵都幾好食，味道濃郁。我覺得三哥嘅下午茶嚟講比較啱女士，或者岩淨係想食多啲餸嘅人，因為我覺得佢嘅主食，即係面類或者米線都係偏小，主要都係食小食，但係有得揀雞翼嚟講，我覺得都幾抵食下，始終本身單點雞翼個價錢都要三十幾，依家淨係40幾蚊就有賣一個面同埋一杯嘢飲，確實係幾划算！
