Restaurant: 素來素往

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. .薯仔沙律,撈得好食,薯仔粉脆,配有紅蘿蔔粒。
.仲有生菜、粟米、蕃茄、等等,可以自己撈,不過我就偏向想留肚食鹹食多啲😄

.南乳齋菜,足料又入味,喜歡有腐皮和粉絲
.蘿蔔糕 ,口感滑一滑,仲有一舊舊白蘿蔔,不只是麵團舊㗎!
.欖菜蒸豆腐,豆腐滑一滑
.素肉餅,外表真係好似肉餅,但素肉其實係芋頭,正👍🏼
.紅燒茄子,炒得香口,醬汁味道好好
.南瓜芋頭蓉,特別配搭,南瓜軟身但保持有咬口
.咕嚕酸齋,酸甜美味😋
.芝士薄餅,薄底但烤得脆口,芝士配車厘茄好夾。呢個太受歡迎,一出就被人攞晒,我要等佢補咗3-4轉先有得食呀
.炒翠玉瓜,清脆、爽口
.炸蓮藕,夠乾身不太油膩,蓮藕片OK脆

🍮 甜食:
.蕃薯糖水,好足料,𢳂到好多番薯和薑,薑味適中很好味
.南瓜布甸,呢個初時見到以為係焗焦糖布甸,原來係南瓜味配有西米,好甜但好味的,我鍾意食😋
.南瓜千層糕,滿有層次幾靚,不過椰汁味出啲和偏甜,冇乜南瓜味😐
.桂花糕,口感豐富,似乎有荔枝肉,有少少桂花味但不太出,偏甜
·豆腐花,只見到可以𢳂少少咋,試少少,口感幾滑
