To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前吃三哥，總會叫酸辣湯底或是三哥酸辣湯底，但自從三點時段後，蕃茄湯底推出後，幾乎都是選擇這個湯底，今次選擇番茄湯底配以竹生及魚蛋米線。蕃茄湯底有辣與不辣可選，當中辣度可選不同程度，初試辣的朋友可由十小辣選起，湯底醒胃度個人覺得更勝酸辣湯底。土匪雞翼味道不算突出，沒有以前初試的驚艷，但熱度充足。
