To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 住呢度附近,所以經常都會嚟呢一間大家樂食下午茶,每一次食下午茶都好糾結,因為好多都好想食,但係最後每一次都會嗌咗一個燒味嘅茶餐,就係雞翼紅腸瀨粉,佢嘅瀨粉係非常之出色,因為佢唔會特別腍,嗰個軟硬程度係啱啱好,而且再加埋佢一啲燒味嘅湯底,係非常之好食,但係值得一提嘅係佢每一次嘅味道都會有唔同,控制唔到一致嘅味道,有時佢個湯底會好淡,有時佢個湯底又會好濃,我自己梗係會偏向係濃嘅湯底,因為係比較重口味,但係如果要嚟食嘅話記住就要早啲喺app嗰度落單,因為每一次呢喺下午茶時間呢都人山人海特別係禮拜日嘅時間,呢個係溫馨提示,如果唔係真係會等成半個鐘至九個字到不等
