To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

於附近公司Training後，與同事們吃下午茶餐。店內環境寬敞，有7款下午茶套餐一律為$54。牛油果車打芝士流心蛋芝麻包配Alfafa超級沙律 - $54有兩件Egg Benedict，水波蛋好滑溜，切開流出濃濃蛋汁；牛油果很大片很綿密；鋪著整塊車打芝士充滿咸香；麵包有少少芝麻粒頗香，也能吸收蛋黃汁；沙律菜用上羽衣甘藍，沙律醬、杏仁片和藜麥掩蓋了苦澀味。蝴蝶酥椰子雪糕三文治 +$24椰子味的雪糕比較少見，加配就是為了它，雪糕球頗大又結實，充滿椰子香，夾著兩塊香脆的蝴蝶酥，底部墊著朱古力醬。錫蘭奶茶 +$4錫蘭紅茶本身的茶味較為重，故奶味感不會那麼重，口感較清爽。自家製曲奇 - $19內有多款口味，可以存放兩星期左右，好酥脆鬆化。
