To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一諗起雞脾下午茶,就梗係配紅荳冰㗎啦,由細細個就係咁嘅組合。原來除咗紅荳冰外,仲可以配碗仔翅。咁就一於改下個pattern, 今次要碗翅啦。雞脾燒得好好,雞皮上嘅油都燒到蒸發哂,好香燒烤味,而雞肉又唔乾仲好juicy添,調味又啱啱好。一隻燒得咁高水準嘅燒雞脾,真係可遇不可求呀。拍埋咁正嘅燒雞脾,碗仔翅就真係比下去喇。個豆粉就太多lu,同街邊車仔檔嘅品質差好遠,但是,其實都是還可以的,味道都okay 。一啖雞脾,一啖翅,enjoy 我的下午茶。
