今日帶小米到葵涌區拎開心咭,順便在此Tea一Tea。在各個地鋪餐廳之中,最終選了這家的下午茶。點了炒腸粉配黑啡。秘炒新加坡絕色腸粉  餐牌展示有几款配料:甜菜甫,蝦米,肉碎,黑醬油,蛋。視覺:全部食材炒埋一起變成咖啡色。腸粉和肉碎有焦焦邊,是剛炒出來的証明。腸粉中芯位仍然雪白,多虧黑醬油為腸粉上色。炒碎蛋也沾上黑醬油的色彩。嗅覺:剛炒起的腸粉熱辣辣,鼻子也感到那個香氣&鑊氣。手感:全部材料細細粒和短切的腸粉容易用匙羹舀出來。剛好是一口的份量,不會Fling到面珠敦,不會Fling到周圍係,讓每一口都乾淨俐落。口感:菜甫脆,蝦米硬,腸粉彈牙,雞蛋軟綿綿,肉碎很結實,不同口感同時呈現。味覺: 菜甫不太甜,以鹹味為主。反而蝦米還透著微微的原味。腸粉本無味,但配上味濃郁的黑醬油和鹹香蝦米菜甫,中和了整體鹹味。假如菜甫甜度提昇就更好囉!嚐過油淋淋的炒腸粉,最後來一杯無糖無奶的Black coffee扮健康。 不過黑啡真係好苦好苦,令眼耳口鼻都乸埋一起了。
