To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去咗大家樂下午茶, d下午茶餐平均都係$20 - $40, 我叫果個就本身$25, 不過我加杯熱奶茶要加$5。食物：碗仔翅 (素翅)：不嬲都覺得大家樂d素翅幾好食, 起碼唔係一嚿嚿粉醬果d feel。都ok咖。腸仔：應該係訂番嚟, 唔會差得去邊。不過就無嘢”點”, 好dry。蜜汁雞亦：有少少燒焦, 不過都接受到。都好蜜味, 都幾多肉, 好味。可能係屋村, 所以下午餐都多人幫襯, 90% full。環境：ok。Service：除咗個收銀無咩表情之外, 其他人都ok。價錢：感覺到連鎖快餐店越嚟越貴。有時同一個餐, 價錢唔變, 不過就唔包呢樣唔包果樣, 加$就有得傾。唉。通漲。
