To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咁岩經過意房菜，食過佢既晚餐都ok，一於試下下午茶。雖然又係個啲常見既野，但太耐無食肉醬意，點左個芝士焗肉醬意，加杯凍奶茶!因為要焗，上菜時間算快，十分鐘多啲就黎到，睇賣相可以睇得出佢係新鮮整黎焗既，因為焗太耐會乾，而佢不論賣相定係撈既時候都係濕身juicy。叉起既時間仲有熱辣辣既煙，同溶到拉唔起既芝士，證明佢夠哂新鮮! 味精方面有5星，佢既肉醬味道岩岩好，唔會太酸太甜，影響左芝士同免治肉既味道，意粉可能因為既叫即整，都係比較濕潤同滑，唔係因為太熱既話真係可以一啖吸左入口。整體黎話意粉軟硬適中，肉醬偏中性，唔鍾意食酸野既人，加上芝士同肉醬焗出黎，味道好夾

因為要焗，上菜時間算快，十分鐘多啲就黎到，睇賣相可以睇得出佢係新鮮整黎焗既，因為焗太耐會乾，而佢不論賣相定係撈既時候都係濕身juicy。
