To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去咗九龍塘又一城食嘢，去咗高級版元氣「千両」開餐，可惜過咗好抵食既 Lunch 時間，兩個人叫咗千両海鮮燉蛋、牛蒡薄脆、串燒牛舌、千両特盛壽司拼盤。千両海鮮燉蛋 ($30) : 實物同相真係差太遠 😂，不過都足料，有冬菇、帶子、大蝦，而且味道不錯亦都幾大碗。👍🏻牛蒡薄脆 ($22)：口感好似食薯片咁，味道幾好。串燒牛舌 ($30) : 口感較好，爽口之剩卻不韌，不過再大塊啲就更好喇。😂 😂千両特盛壽司拼盤 ($360) : 每件壽司睇落都好有光澤，魚生每件都好肥美，有種入口即溶既感覺，口感超正。😍
