To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友book 了JW 食自助下午茶餐，價錢每位是418圓，朋友是會員，所以有7折，成為每位334圓。下午茶buffet由3時30至5時30止。刺身有2款，3文魚，赤貝，3文魚肥美，好食，赤貝好新鮮。壽司有加州卷、芒果龍蝦壽司、辣吞拿魚卷。都好味。熱盤有乳鴿外脆內暖，🐔翼，🍜🍜，還生滾粥，自由配料，跟隨有菜，有面，自己選擇幾多，跟隨會幫你卽場製作雲吞面，😋😋。最好食是雲吞，好大隻，入面是好新鮮的蝦。有滋味迷你漢堡包好脆口唔錯。另外還有燒賣。軟雪糕有芒果、雲呢拿、朱古力。蛋糕都好多款，我喜歡日本芝士蛋糕，綠茶紅豆cake還有葡撻。環境舒適、食物係好味。
