To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為有事入了屯門,所以下午茶走到屯門海趣坊商場内大快活試試。餐廳位於商場內面積都算大,因這個區發展已久,所以餐廳的裝有點舊,而且此時段大多是住在附近較年長的一批食客光顧聚脚的多。今日點了個拉絲芝士蛋厚多士和雪菜肉絲米粉的下午茶套餐。多士都算幾厚,煎蛋味道不錯,芝士的味道也算香濃,但因為麵包烘得不夠熱,所以芝士不太拉得起絲,如果把多士烘得熱些拉絲效果就會好點。 雪菜肉絲米的米粉只是用熱水泡開,沒有煑稔令到米粉口感有點兒硬,加上肉絲沒有什麼肉味,雪菜就嫌淡口些,還好是上湯的味夠濃郁,彌補了米粉和肉絲兩者無味的不足。熱奶茶就是一貫快餐店的水準,茶仍有點茶香味,不光給人盡是奶的感覺。今個下午茶都只是34元埋單,以現今的快餐店價錢來說,可說是十分超值的。
