To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

#藍山食坊 最近病咗不停咳，多數都係食粥同麵包，想食返幾啖飯，咁啱自己晏咗起身，就想試吓附近有冇茶餐廳嘅下午茶。喺大道西上高知道呢間餐廳從來都未試過，門口見到下午茶餐牌$45，自己覺得有啲貴。唔記得係咪曾經有人介紹呢度嘅西炒飯幾好食，係唔係都好就決定入去試下。客人唔算好多，聽到廚房不停快炒，估計應該係整我個飯。果然出到嚟係非常夠熱，調味係非常好，配料就無須再多講，火腿腸蝦仔都係正常水準，飯嘅份量係正常。整體食落係幾好食嘅一碟西炒飯。都係叫咗熱檸水，正常發揮。後來發現佢嘅午餐$47，有四款，似乎午餐相對比較抵食，但今次呢碟西炒飯我都幾滿意，會繼續幫襯👍@foodiehck2022 #港飲港食平靚正 #下午茶 #西炒飯 #熱檸水 #西營盤 #茶餐廳
