To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

港灣呢間譚仔唔多人，所以入左去食下午茶。譚仔下午茶set幾抵食，有一碗兩餸米線，然后自己可以揀2個或者3個小食，包熱飲，凍飲就要加$3。因為肚餓，所以揀左兩個小食。當然仲有其他set可以揀嘅。姐姐服務態度都好好，因為差少少先到2:30，佢畀我入去舖頭等。而且下午茶要人手入單，姐姐都好有耐性。味道就不過不失，同其他譚仔差唔多。對於女仔黎講，份量夠食。因為小食可以揀3款唔同嘅雞翼，所以男仔嘅話份量應該都會夠。
