To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同daddy mummy 食下午茶,爸爸要咗個煙肉雞炒飯,我就要咗龍蝦湯漢堡扒溫泉蛋通粉配蒜香牛油多士,呢個加$6可以轉香脆牛角酥。我誤會咗以為烘底多士係會好多油。但之後媽媽同我講烘底啲蛋白質先至會被吸收先會少啲油。我們都覺得餐廳位置非常舒服。而且新出咗一種飲品全天然椰子奶。我就要咗粒粒羅勒奇。亞籽佢寫住高質消化(coconut milk basil + chia seeds zero add sugar)。今日媽媽本來食齋後來,就要咗個蕃茄濃湯米粉,火腿就俾我。爸爸好似好鍾意嗰個炒飯,媽媽見到佢哋有呢個碎蛋粟米牛角酥,下次有興趣再叫。
