To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週末本想到時代廣場 Citysuper 購物，但因店內剛有確診個案，暫時停業。一場來到，都順道在時代廣場閒逛片刻，吃一頓下午茶才返家。是日決定於 Greenhouse 享用下午茶，主因是店家同時有鹹甜菜式供應。店內有大量「綠化」裝飾，花花草草隨處可見，而小編則在樹下用餐。小食拼盤內含春卷、蝦餅、蜜糖雞翼、椒鹽魷魚、牛肉及雞肉沙爹串燒。以煎炸品來說，各食品製作普遍比較油膩，從墊底紙的油漬也反映了有關情況。春卷及椒鹽魷魚的味道較預期淡。蜜糖雞翼以單骨形態呈上，食用時方便。蝦餅是小編唯一推介的小吃，香口彈牙。甜點方面，選定實而不華的香草梳乎厘。梳乎厘即點即製，端上時賣相脹卜卜。梳乎厘口感鬆化得來仍能保持一定密度，切開亦不會立刻塌陷。連帶表面外皮或鍋邊略焦部份享用，口感更富層次，亦更香口。梳乎厘的甜度適中，不論是否外加香草醬汁吃味道也不錯。多配一杯意大利泡沫咖啡作結，奶味重，啡味輕，沒有常見的拉花裝飾，只以朱古力粉灑面作點綴，十分平實。在 Greenhouse 享用下午茶，用餐環境舒適。食品方面水準持平，未見突出。以下午茶來說人均消費過二百元亦略感高水。
