To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日下午與朋友去上環吃元氣壽司。自從爭鮮回轉壽司開張後,很久沒有吃元氣壽司。 難得這一次,點了一個下午茶配搭,相比午餐,價錢十分便宜——四十多便能有很多東西吃:酸甜清新的蟹柳魚籽沙律作為前菜,十分開胃。比起爭鮮迴轉壽司的廉價感,元氣壽司更趨向精緻感。無論食物的排法還是食物的味道,比起其他的高上很多層次。外層吉列部分與內裡薯餅的軟形成對比,十分配搭,美味程度更上。冷烏冬味道不俗,配上少許芥末,十分美味。軟殼蟹手卷味道十分出色, 唯紫菜可更有脆度。
