To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

過到嚟長沙灣估唔到有好多嘢食嘅選擇，周圍睇下見到呢間皇室冰廳，竟然有避風塘雞扒嘅午餐， 咁特別就走入去試下避風塘雞扒飯有少少辣 ，好惹味，平時夜晚先食到， 今次我仲配埋紅豆冰，勁香煉奶味，同辣辣地嘅雞扒， 配襯得啱啱好， 唯一係覺得如果多少少汁就好啦， 因為配住個飯有少少乾， 如果呢個 避風塘雞扒係夜晚嘅一個餸就真係一流而家疫症期間佢哋仲會提供消毒濕紙巾去清潔餐具，都幾窩心呀平時去啲茶餐廳啲阿姐都會好鬼嘈，我鍾意佢哋 真係幫客人去做嘢， 全部做嘢都好快手， 餐廳嚟講服務都算幾好
