To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過未試過諗住試下，估唔到幾好食5點左右到餐廳，職員主動黎介紹下，安排入坐後會提醒如果要下午茶要5：30前落單。👍👍我地2個人安排左門口類似BBQ長枱，所以有闊落下。下午茶-三文魚明太子意粉面係煙三文魚，面裡係炒埋一齊既明太子意粉，意粉係我鍾情既少少偏硬意粉，唔係一pat野果啲 啲汁炒到好匀，啖啖都有明太子同忌廉味。佢既火箭菜唔苦既，整理好好食。下午茶-吉列大蝦丼 黎到啲木魚碎仲郩郩下，但個蝦就好唔得，好霉又冇蝦味。但係個飯係好食，每粒飯已經吸左醬油味，粒粒都啡色，撈埋個雞蛋，正！好入味。個飯撈埋蛋有啲risotto既感覺。單點-揚唐炸雞 依個下午茶都有，但我地飲唔到咁多野，所以單點左。炸雞黎到係熱辣辣，外脆裡面雞肉滑嫩，好有雞味好好食，。唯一敗北係個醬，完全冇乜味，好彩炸雞單食都好食。單點-露營者蛋糕本身下午餐都係有既。棉花糖下面就係芝士蛋糕，個cheese cake 本身幾好食，棉花糖唔會太甜，但燒唔夠耐多啲啡色會好食啲同香啲。建議放一陣先食，棉花糖基本更加趣趣地口感，一黎就食2樣野，棉花糖還棉花糖，cake還cake。份量上我覺得3-4個人食岩岩好，2個人有啲heavy。上餐都好

上餐都好快，叫職員比多個碟我地share都好快手。但啲咖啡就麻麻，latte同 cappuccino 係一樣味，咖啡属於偏苦既
