To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 三星期前,我應承左D屋企人請食海鮮。因工作太忙,故在出發前3天才做Research,由於不太應識如何還擇較好味的食肆,唯有在此網站先找出"黑店"名字,再找出不太差的食評(太好的又怕是"造馬")。最後選擇了這間"快樂"。原因是本人在致電查詢時,已覺得接聽電話的服務員很耐心及詳細講解收費及我想知的資料,那天到達後,我們先是選海鮮已覺得老闆介紹的檔口很"老實"(在門口),雖然品種不夠其他的多,但也很新鮮呢!味道方面也不錯,收費也算合理。我最欣賞的是老闆JACKY熱情招待和禮貌周周,真的令我感覺親切和誠懇。很不差的餐廳啊!
