To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

冬至應該都有唔少人都會去酒樓嗌餸做冬，因為有圍餸唔洗煩，但小曼谷最近花推出左一啲套餐啦😍岩哂啲小家庭好似我地咁又唔係好傳統一定要食中菜既人呀🇹🇭。對於泰菜既喜愛應該好多人明白，所以做冬食泰國完全無問題🤣今次嗌左3款出名有手指公既推薦菜式試試。🐒冬陰功湯(細)💰$138 天氣咁凍，冬陰公就唔少得嫁啦🦐嗌左個細既入面就會有2隻原隻大虎蝦，size都真係有手掌咁大隻✋味道方面不太辣，用黎暖胃岩岩好。🐒明爐香檸汁蒸桂花魚(辣)💰$258既然係就唔好俾佢停啦🔥嗌多個明爐桂花🐟佢另外有碗湯仔係for額外加落去，非常貼心，同時都有得客製化加辣🌶️岩哂我地，加完辣蒜茸都多左🧄一直食就一直熱住，開胃外都好暖胃。🐒燒安格斯西冷牛小排💰$258另一款既推薦菜式就係呢款牛小排，之前係九龍城都有試過燒牛肉🐮但印象都無呢個咁軟嫩，燒得岩岩好而牛味又出。🐒椰青💰$49🐒青檸梳打💰$42
