《西班牙鯖魚,慢煮茴香,番紅花,青口汁》鯖魚分量十足,都幾厚肉,外皮煎得香脆,所以有分會比較多少少。我自己相對上會鍾意油份比較多嘅魚,因為食落口冇咁乾身。配埋旁邊嘅茴香蕃紅花青口汁,會令到魚肉嘅鮮味更加突出大家可以一試!《肉眼牛扒》肉眼牛扒好大塊,好多肉汁,牛肉味好香濃,啱晒牛魔王,我哋自己叫咗七成熟,所以會有少少咬口,但筯位唔算多,所以都OK 㗎。旁邊仲有香草牛油,大家可以放少少牛油喺肉眼扒入邊再放入口食,味道會更加特別。陣陣嘅香草味長流於口中。爭啲唔記得咗介紹佢哋嘅焗薯!雖然係配菜,但係同樣滋味!香脆可口,令我一試難忘。
