成日話嚟呢度食餐,但每次都過其門而不入。今次又經過,見過咗繁忙嘅lunch time,人冇咁多,卒之的起心肝...一坐低諗都唔諗就叫: "豬手飯唔該"。呢味係呢度嘅掛頭牌之作...大大嘅一碟飯。除去骨豬手外,仲有蛋半隻、少許芥蘭及醃鹹菜。豬手皮下膠質極重,鹵得夠味,皮部份入口即溶,瘦肉部份亦唔韌,相當不俗。但奉勸怕肥嘅人就唔使叫嘞,因如果唔食嗰D皮,就失去真味了,直頭係暴殄天物...鹹菜若能再鹹再酸一D會更好...伴碟嘅泰式辣醬真係夠勁,用嚟醮豬手及撈飯,一流...仲有好多嘢未試(如豬血湯河),要揾次跟太太嚟試吓食dinner...
