To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 吃永年不用再轉車換線到元朗了,尖沙咀都有分店。座位不多,同元朗店一樣先點餐比錢再搵位,前門入後門離開。好好彩點完餐就有位。叫咗3餸車仔麵,唔知幾時開始酸齋成為了車仔麵都算出色嘅一味餸, 酸酸甜甜的確醒胃。讚一讚先。雞翼2隻,唔好彩地一隻雞翼超細隻,營養不良咁樣,感覺唔抵,雞翼味道偏咸,除了咸亦沒有味道了。呢樣餸就麻麻地勒。牛腩係淋口,唔洗好用力咬,份量車仔麵嚟講算多嘅,味道尚可,牛腩可以合格。湯底最需要改善,只有甜味,沒有元朗店濃郁及香嘅味道,怪怪地,感覺就似食緊一碗甜粉咁。我揀米線底,大食嘅朋友仔真係要有啲心理準備唔夠食,或者叫多啲其他嘢食喇。最欣賞就係凍檸茶,得呢樣算正常啲。而環境方面,枱凳排得都算密麻麻,好容易同其他食客撞背脊。總括而言,想食永年還是轉車換線到元朗吃吧。呢個價錢味道,喺呢區嚟講,我會揀第間食。
