To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 秋天剛剛到,是食蛇的最佳之選,想起這間百年歷史的蛇王芬,店內裝飾依然華麗。💃🏻💃🏻這裡的蛇羹味覺濃郁豐富,馳名潤腸甘香撲鼻,店主是第四代老闆,非常有善。除了介紹蛇羹,還分享了很多精美小菜。😎我們雖然少吃炸物,也叫了一碟西檸軟雞。淡黃色的檸檬汁剛好包著雞件,但也保留外脆內軟的雞香!厨師手藝真的一流。👍🏻👍🏻其他的家常菜式,也令人讚口不絕~隔離枱剛好叫了一個冬瓜盅,我們以為只有大酒樓才有,這店也可以品嚐,真棒👍🏻不同款式的燉湯、海鮮、小炒,很適合一家大小的口味,原來老闆還會為訂坐的客人設計菜式,真是別具風格!原來蛇王芬不一定食蛇羹,還可以吃到不同款式的小菜,下次我一定帶同朋友再光顧。🥰
