To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於紅磡的一間日本燒高級餐廳,點解咁講?因為佢系位於一間酒店入面的餐廳,成間鋪頭裝修都偏向和風系列。我本人比較喜歡佢地既爐頭,正方形設計中間座了一位師傅,師傅周邊鋪滿了食物,菜,肉,海鮮一應俱全,還可以叫番杯啤酒助興。食物方面,系即叫即燒,顧客可以品嘗到當刻既新鮮。我就叫左燒帶子,好難得系原隻帶子燒,並不是冷藏帶子。系連殼一齊,非常鮮味,同一大排朋友慶祝就最不過。
