To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新年好多時無論出街食這去朋友/家人屋企食都離不開食盆菜。甚至今個新年情人節也在吃盆菜。我品嚐過不同地方做的盆菜,當中,有啲比較地道和傳統風味。但隨着時間演變,盆菜往往已在新年變成一名主要餸菜,對道菜嘅要求亦有更高追求。很多食肆亦都隨着食客要求提升盆菜質素。這次在中菜館是第一次叫盆菜外賣跟朋友一起品嚐。取盆菜是的確有個意外驚喜。首先我沒有預料到他們會給我一個咁精美嘅clay pot。我只想像他們會使用一個鐵盆而已。一向吃盆菜裏面包括很多不同的材料。這個盆菜不算大,價錢亦不算特別便宜,但是用的食材精緻。
